At Albaray, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a simple 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the delivery note is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated return label, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
